Lake Effect Change PAC is a progressive nonconnected PAC whose goal is to give political power back to regular citizens in Western New York. This is accomplished by countering propaganda with a perspective rooted in facts through digital media, mailers, postcards, billboards, etc. Facts are gathered for editorials which are used to distill a simple message that can be easily understood by the general population to influence public opinion.
