Works in Progress is an independent news publication that works to promote a more informed community. Works in Progress strives to give readers a deeper understanding of local, national, and international news through thoughtful reportage and analysis.
We provide high quality coverage, with contributions from South Sound community members and connected people from all around the world. We focus on underreported issues and underrepresented perspectives, grounded in values of economic, gender, racial and environmental justice, locally and around the world.
Volunteer Needs
We are always looking for more writers and editors. Additionally, we are in need of graphic designers for print and web/social media as well as social media help.
