Formerly Witness for Peace, it is a politically independent, nationwide grassroots organization of people committed to nonviolence and international solidarity, focusing on Latin America
Volunteers can join educational delegations to Nicaragua, Colombia, Honduras, etc., to witness impacts of U.S. policy firsthand, then return to engage their communities – writing articles, organizing report-backs, and pressuring U.S. officials to change harmful foreign policies (e.g. ending the Cuba embargo).
