VoteRiders is a nonpartisan nonprofit focused on ensuring that eligible voters have the ID they need to vote, providing education on voter ID laws and direct assistance to help voters secure necessary identification.
Volunteers help VoteRiders by working voter ID helplines and chat to advise voters on their state’s ID requirements, serving as ‘voter ID coaches’ to assist individuals in obtaining IDs or documents, distributing wallet cards and flyers that explain local voter ID rules, and partnering with voter registration groups to offer ID help at registration drives.
