Black Youth Project 100 (BYP100)

BYP100 is a member-based organization of Black youth activists (ages 18-35) dedicated to creating justice and freedom for all Black people, through building a network focused on transformative leadership development, direct action organizing, and advocacy around issues like police violence and economic equity.

Volunteers (Black youth) join BYP100 chapters to plan and execute direct actions such as marches or shutdowns targeting institutions of white supremacy (police departments, predatory businesses), host political education workshops on Black feminism and queer liberation, facilitate healing spaces for Black youth, and collaboratively develop policy demands like defunding police and investing in Black communities.
