About / Mission
The future is local. Pana MIA is a nonprofit collective that is building technosocial infrastructure for people to connect and build a more regenerative economic system. We host art activation events rooted in new world dreaming. We're also creating a community owned tech platform that allows us to divest from big tech and create structures that solve collective problems creatively.
Volunteer Needs
Education (narrative building, movement media, video storytelling, local journalism)
Community events (organizing small to medium events that inspire deeper connection and conversations)
Tech dev (we're building an open source platform that is community owned, part of fedverse)
Outreach (canvassing, call drives to local businesses, connecting with other groups and organizations)
